Delivery
We deliver across the UK, and delivery is free on 2 or more liners. For a single liner you’ll see the delivery cost before you pay. Your liners arrive within 72 hours of your order.
60-day happy piggy guarantee
Try them for 60 days. If you or your piggies aren’t happy, send them back for a refund. Tell us within 60 days of your liners arriving. Used and washed is fine: give them a shake and a wash, then post them back. We refund what you paid for the liners within 14 days of them reaching us. Return postage is on you, unless something arrived faulty or damaged. Then it’s on us. This guarantee is on top of your legal rights under UK consumer law. It doesn’t affect them. To claim, reply to your order confirmation email.
Your 14-day right to cancel
Like any online order in the UK, you can change your mind within 14 days of your liners arriving, no reason needed. Tell us, send them back within the next 14 days, and we’ll refund you within 14 days of getting them back.
Faulty or damaged?
If anything arrives faulty or damaged, tell us and we’ll put it right with a replacement or a refund. Return postage is on us. This is on top of your rights under UK consumer law.
